Information you provide
When you submit a booking enquiry, Studio GQ receives the contact and production details you enter so the team can respond to your request. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed for the booking.
How it is used
Enquiry information is used to check availability, prepare an appropriate response, discuss production requirements and administer a booking. It is not sold to third parties.
Storage and service providers
When online booking is connected, enquiry details are stored in Studio GQ's secured booking database so availability can be checked and the request can be managed. In preview mode, the site instead opens a prepared email in your own email application. Technology and email providers may process information only as needed to provide those services.
Retention and security
Studio GQ keeps enquiry and booking information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, administer the production and meet applicable business or legal obligations. The website uses validation, spam protection, access controls and encrypted connections to reduce unauthorised access.
